Parenting is difficult at the best of times, in times of crises it gets even more challenging. The COVID-19 Pandemic has brought serious consequences for us all.

Social distancing, closure of schools, restriction of movements, not to mention the stress of looking after our children under all this.

Children sense anxiety and as the reality of this unprecedented situation unfolds many like us can be feeling confused and at a loss as to how to stay in control; stay positive.

Children can act out their feelings of frustration/boredom/helplessness etc adding to stress levels in the home, thus I am offering Tele- Parenting Support to support you as parents to be in the best place possible under the current crises/restrictions to respond as effectively as you can to your child/ren.

In order to soothe our children and regulate/ground them, we as parents must try to do this for ourselves too. This is an extra challenge, yet now more than ever our children need us to role model taking care of self. Tele- parenting support can help with this adjustment in our lives as together we can create pathways that can give children exactly what they need to feel supported and understood in this time of uncertainty, feeling safe and loved as their inner needs are met.
